ENCORE! Band Camp provides an enjoyable musical experience for junior high and middle school students. The founder and teacher of this camp has a proven record of success in motivating individual students to reach high levels of musical achievement in events such as District Honor Band and All-State. One of the goals of the camp is to aid students in developing proven techniques for successful auditioning. In addition to master classes devoted to individual musical development, students will receive ensemble instruction culminating in concert performances beginning at 7:00 P.M. on the final day of camp.

Georgia College and State University, the site for ENCORE! Band Camp, is located 30 miles east of Macon, and 90 miles southeast of Atlanta. This college campus provides an ideal setting for a summer music camp. Recreational facilities to be utilized by the camp will include: an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, and a student center containing snack bar, game room, and book store.
