Traveling to EMORY University

From the south or north: on I-85, take the Clairmont Road exit (#32). Turn east on Clairmont and follow it approximately 3 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately one mile to the Emory campus. Turn right at the Oxford Road intersection to enter the main gates of the campus. The B. Jones Center is the first building on the left, and visitors may park in the lot behind the building.

From the east or west: Via I-20, take the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn north on Moreland and follow it approximately 3 miles, at which point it becomes Briarcliff Road. Continue straight on Briarcliff approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn east (right) and follow North Decatur one mile to the Oxford Road intersection. Turn left to enter the main gates of the university. The B. Jones Center is the first building on the left, and visitors may park in the lot behind the building.

From the Airport: Hartsfield International Airport is located in the southwest section of the city, approximately 25 minutes from the Emory University campus. Visitors driving from the airport should take I-85 North to the Freedom Parkway/Carter Center exit (#96). When on Freedom Parkway you will come to a fork and should stay right. Freedom Parkway ends at Moreland Avenue. Turn left on Moreland, which becomes Briarcliff Road when it crosses Ponce de Leon Avenue. Go approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur Road one mile to the Oxford Road intersection. Turn left to enter the main gates of the University. The B. Jones Center is the first building on the left, and visitors may park in the lot behind the building.

A metered cab ride from the airport to campus generally costs $45, including tip, and takes approximately 25 minutes.

There is an Atlanta airport shuttle that provides transportation to metro-Atlanta hotels. The ride costs $12 and takes approximately 25 minutes.
